Northwest Europe recently experienced full gale storm Ciara. The weather agencies advised all to stay indoors, as winds speeds exceeding 87mph were wreaking havoc in the UK and the Netherlands. But some people, especially us kiteboarders, just live for these conditions. The Stoke Farm followed Kevin de Smidt as he chased the storm around the coast of South Holland and through the peak of the storm at the Maasvlakte to the aftermath at Scheveningen, in the search of his moment of silence.
