Phil Midler from XLKites joined us today to give us a recap of his amazing Journey of nearly 240 miles of kiteboarding along the Texas Gulf Coast.

The diversity in the waters along the 3 day trek was unbelievable. We rode consistent SSE winds that pumped 25-40 the entire way, and blew non-stop!

On May 10, 2010, starting at 4 a.m., the two Americans quietly set out to break the world kiteboarding distance record.
