July saw the yearly SSS roll into town in Cape Hatteras. Steez teamed up with Nate Appel from Cineaptic to bring you some of the bonks, jibs, rolls, and hits that went down.

Bringing the seventh annual Triple-S Invitational to a close, Friday night’s award ceremony concluded the prestigious week-long Surf, Slick, and Slider competition.

Friday, June 10th, the final day of the Triple-S Invitational, saw strong SW winds and a full day (and night!) of action on and off the water. Riders hit the water at 10am for SLICKS freestyle action. This session lasted about 3 hours with riders throwing down every trick in the book in nearly perfect flatwater conditions!

Triple-S Thursday saw a full day of SURF action down on the southside at Ramp 55/Hatteras Ferry Docks. Kites were flying at 1pm with 12m and then 9m being the call.

The wind has finally arrived at the 2011 REAL Triple-S!

We’re only halfway through the event and we still have wind and waves to ride. This could go down as one of the best Triple S events of all time!

Not a lot of wind at the REAL 2011 Triple-S so far, but that's not slowing the riders down.

Fall is my favorite time to be out here on the Outer Banks. The weather is beautiful, and the conditions don't get any better.

It was another great day to be on Hatteras Island! I awoke to the rushing sound of wind on my window, thats got to be the worlds best alarm clock.
