The Kiteboarder welcomes India Stephenson to the magazine team as lead graphic designer. No stranger to kiteboarding content, for the past two years, India has been leading Tkb’s online media efforts and digital magazine production for our Instructional, Travel and annual Buyers Guides. In her new role, India will be taking on full creative design for Tkb’s print and digital magazines and continue to curate Tkb’s digital content through our website and social media channel.

India spent her former years snowboarding competitively while traveling and training in Europe on the British National Snowboard Team. After spending a week learning to kite on a family vacation in Hatteras, she was hooked and traded in her snowboard career for a kite and a surfboard. India’s mountains turned into waves while she attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL and graduated with a BA in Strategic Communication. Always on the move and in search of her next adventure, she is currently based in Santa Cruz, CA, and is often spotted in the waves at Waddell Creek. India brings a fresh perspective to the digital, social media and graphics department of Tkb and her work will begin to be featured in Tkb’s spring 2017 issue.

Good luck Jen!
