The Ace twin tip takes the freestyle game out of the confines of the box. It’s forgiving in choppy water offering a smooth ride while retaining a high level of freestyle performance. The Ace is perfect for ocean or lake freestyle riding, thanks to its quad concave to quad V bottom shape. It is fast, smooth, and responsive.
A single pour liquid urethane elastomer around the entire board is the ultimate impact resistance material while the Paulownia wood core is vertically laminated to optimize strength, reduce weight and allow the board to flex more naturally and freely. The naturally occurring Basalt fiber offers vibration resistance and durability while maintaining a high strength to weight ratio. The combination of wood core, with basalt laminate provides a flex characteristic which is unique to Cabrinha.

The Ace received high marks for great all around freeride performance with good upwind ability and excellent load and pop. The Ace features three stance settings and three duck settings. Testers commented on the Ace’s user-friendly tracking through choppy conditions as well as it’s fun and lively flex for load and release boosting. Testers gave the pads and H2 straps high praise for their comfort with plush and grippy footbeds that accommodate a wider arch and all encompassing dual adjustment straps.
