Meet the 2014 TKB Test Team.

TKB Says:

The 2014 Focus features a CNC’d wood core, moderate outline, concave bottom with channels, smaller 1.5 fins, and 2 holes for adjusting stance width and substantial options for adjusting duck. Testers praised the Focus for its ability to track upwind well and its solid pop for boosting big airs. The combination of smaller fins with channels made the board feel lively/skatey to some, but overall it handled chop well and earned praise for its comfortable straps and fun all around freeride performance.

The Focus was shipped with the Fusion X straps and pads. The unique design integrates the strap into the pad’s baseless frame for an extremely easy installation. Testers found the pads plush with a cushy but direct feel and praised the soft toe grip. The foot straps feature two Velcro straps for zonal adjustment which testers found extremely comfortable, providing full contact with the rider’s feet and an overall solid feel.
