Duotone team rider Tom Court went out to Sri Lanka to visit the production line for their Duotone Kites to see what goes into making a kite. The amount of skilled labor and sporting knowledge that it takes to produce what have become the most respected and high-quality products on the market today. Each model from our iconic range is made with the same care and attention, a specialised design and testing team makes sure that each kite is meticulously refined. It is amazing to see that there are over 500 people in the production line, from materials, stitching, printing, quality control, packing and shipping. Each step is carefully monitored. There are over 250 individual parts in just one kite and they make up to 120 kites per day!
