Unfortunately Alex Maes’ Wildcard entry didn’t get him into this year’s Triple-S Invitational. He headed to Hatteras anyway, and while he didn’t get the chance go compete, this gave him plenty of time to practice. Alex said: “It has been harsh not making it to the event, but at the same time it motivated me more than ever to improve even more and to land new tricks.” And improve he did! Alex joins Christophe Tack and Sam Light in the ranks of the few who have landed 900s off of static kickers. Congrats!
