Celebrate 10 years of the Windvibes Watersports Tournament at Long Bay Beach, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos on Sunday the 10th of July. Join them for fun amateur events in kiteboarding, kayaking, stand up paddling, swimming and windsurfing. Don’t want to get wet? You can keep two feet firmly in the sand with our log throwing, tug-of-war, and other beach events.
This year, Windvibes is excited to have Brian ‘deActon Man’ Talma of Barbados, Olympian and professional windsurfer, Susi Mai of Cabarete, Redbull athlete and kiteboarding queen and kiteboarding legend Andre Phillip of Antigua join them for the milestone event.
Windvibes couldn’t have continued to grow for the past ten years without the support of the Turks & Caicos Community. This year, Windvibes is giving back and fundraising for these local charities: Turks & Caicos National Trust, The TCI Kidney Foundation, Food for Thought, Sandals Foundation, TCI Salvation Army, TCI Cancer Society, Potcake Place, TC Reef Fund, TCI AIDS Foundation and The HOPE Foundation for Autism.
Windvibes is proud to announce its first fundraising Gala and Silent Auction to be held Wednesday, June 8 at Opus Bar & Grill. The Windvibes Gala will be a formal evening dinner with entertainment by professional musician and electric violinist Dave Kim of San Francisco, and TCI’s own DJ Dayoh.
Dave Kim is a renowned violinist whose client list includes Google, Oracle, Cisco, Breathometer and many more. Just recently he even played for Sir Richard Branson on Necker Island. To say Dave is talented would be an understatement and they are incredibly grateful and excited to have him perform at Windvibe’s first Gala!
