It’s not just for the pros — Hood River’s Slider Project is the world’s first public slider park. A community organization dedicated to growing the sport of kiteboarding by creating the largest free standing kite park in the world, the guys behind The Slider Project need your help!

With a desire to make feature riding more accessible to all as well as easy to manage, their plan is to raise enough money to build a new user-friendly kicker as well as maintain the current park.

By donating to this fundraiser, you will be part of the Hood River kiteboarding community. Every dollar will go towards:

  • Building a new kicker
  • Maintenance for the park (welding, wood, nails, screws, etc)
  • Food and beverage for work parties
  • Future events, such as the Hood River Slider Jam 2016
  • Keep the park accessible to everyone!
