The highlight of the event is a 19km downwind run on the Indian Ocean. It’s Australia’s longest kiteboarding race — starting at Rottnest Island Lighthouse and sailing to Leighton on Saturday. There will be a bundle of extra curricular activities at the Indian Ocean’s edge, including movie nights, tasty food, and of course, amazing music. General registration is now open at www.internationalkiteboarding.org.
