Airush North America is currently seeking an active member of the kiting community to fulfill the Airush East Coast Sales Representative position. This extensive job is for the candidate that is goal oriented, sales driven, and focused on pushing the brand throughout the East Coast Territory. It is a commission driven position with a yearly base for travel expenses, ideal for agents managing multiple brands!

• Development and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Growing sales and the realization of brand market potential within the East Coast Region.
• Maintaining existing retailer relationships while planning and opening new business.
• Track and achieve sales goals.
• Retail sell-through: Training store personnel on our product and technology features and
benefits, product mix planning, and merchandising.
• Regular travel to accounts, events and demos.
• Providing exceptional customer service and follow up to all accounts.
• Being the face of the brand in the East Coast Territory.
• Executing brand initiatives and local marketing initiatives for the region.
• Providing sales and marketing feedback to head office on a regular basis.

• 3+ Years Experience in Sales Reps or Retail.
• An in depth understanding of the Kiteboarding Industry.
• Proven ability to sell and grow sales in territory.
• Consistent, meaningful communication with your customers throughout the seasons.
• Energetic, self-motivated and flexible.
• Must be able to represent the brand and the company culture, while cultivating new
