THE CAUSE: In 2009, your participation helped the event raise over $18,000 USD resulting in a new paint job and trees for the El Sargento primary school, a new outdoor shaded patio performance area for the LV Primary School and more  medical tools and exam tables for the local health center. Let’s help raise the bar in 2010! You can help out by registering for one of the competitions, donating to the cause, purchasing raffle tickets and helping out this year’s community project. This year, monies raised will go to:

  • Health Center: Phone and internet for the year.
  • Primary Schools: Get updated materials and books for the library, refurbish bathrooms, playground set
  • Computer Lab: the community currently has a room but no computers! We hope to change that.
  • Trash container recycling program and education
