Kite Adventures has teamed up with Jeff Kafka, who owns Wind Over Water Kiteboarding School in San Francisco. WOW provides gear, instruction, snowmobile rescue and accommodations. All you need to bring is your warm clothes and be prepared to get snow blasted!
