I’ve been living in the Gorge for the summer but have been traveling to the coast a lot this last month. The Oregon coast offers great wave riding conditions and miles of sandy beaches, great for downwinders. Camping facilities are numerous but its better to make advance reservations at a state camping ground to ensure space, as the KOA is expensive! We were charged $45.00 for the overflow area with no firepit and you get charged $2.00 per dog!
