Last night was Burning Bush, an annual party held here in La Ventana. As usual, it was quite a sight to be seen. In keeping with apocalyptic predictions from the Mayan calendar, this year's theme was The End of Bush.

With your mind full of doubt that anything is actually happening out here, you come over a small hill and find a few hundred people gathered around various contraptions that are either on fire or about to be lit up.
