As Karla Barrera, Owner of Goodwinds, pointed out: “The DKE participants were thrilled about their experience. Recent studies for the luxury travel industry, have pointed out that the biggest trend in the past year has been that discerning luxury travelers are searching for unique experiences. I believe Dorado Beach is on the verge of becoming the Caribbean choice for this type of kite surfer and traveler. As the participants of the DKE got to experience, Dorado Beach has world class kitesurfing and surfing conditions matched with the highest level of luxury in accommodation, being a Ritz Carlton Reserve. The participants were also amazed by the ease of getting here, with no passport requirements, direct flights from most mainland hubs, and the San Juan International Airport and the Isla Grande private airport just being 30 minutes away from the Resort. The combination of all these elements is just priceless and the participants are already looking forward to next year’s event.”
