F-One’s Charlotte Consorti spent some time in North Mozambique at a spot called Murrebue, only 20 minutes away from the big city Pemba; close enough, but far away from it all. A difficult combination to come across, longed for by many kiters, Charlotte discovered both a flatwater and wave spot. At a low tide, you can ride through the sand banks to a 500M flatwater lagoon, perfect for freestyle and unhooked tricks. Throughtout the day, as the tide gets highter, you can go play in the waves at the reef. Far from the crowded kite spots, this place won’t be a hidden gem for long.
