BCS Steps Up as a Best International Team Rider

BEST Rider Brian Smith (aka “BCS”) has made the jump to the International Team. Fighting off strong competition from National Team riders from all over the world BCS stakes his claim at the top table following an excellent showing at this years REAL Watersports Triple-S invitational. The judges and his Team Rider peers all agreed that Brian had submitted a great video offering for the Step-Up which along with his results so far this season ensured he took the Step-up to the International Team.

We managed to track Brian down as he prepares for his next event, the Ro-Sham-Throwdown taking place between the 13th-17th of July in Hood River and hooked him up with a video camera for a few minutes to answer a few questions on his season so far, how he feels about having been chosen to ‘Step-Up’ and what the future holds for him.

Brian has been working hard on and off the water putting in time on his tricks and his media plan for the upcoming season. He’s been working with videographer Nate Appel on chronicling his season so far in the ‘Low-Road’.
