The 2nd Annual Tampa Bay Kite Masters returns to St Petersberg this year in November with a more challenging course. Seven extra miles haf been added to the 18-mile downwind course and the numbers of positions has been increased from 40 to 75 riders, due to the growing popularity of the event in just one year.
